This Shipping Policy applies to Clyft and its operating entity DormtoDream Private Limited (collectively referred to as “Clyft,” “DormtoDream Private Limited,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timelines, serviceable locations, and procedures for delivering building materials ordered through clyfthome.com, which is owned and operated by DormtoDream Private Limited and branded as Clyft.

 


 

Serviceable Areas

Clyft / DormtoDream Private Limited currently delivers only within Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

Orders placed outside our serviceable PIN codes will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Serviceability is determined at checkout based on the delivery PIN code.

 


 

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times for special orders or custom items may be longer; estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase by Clyft / DormtoDream Private Limited.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 


 

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Clyft / DormtoDream Private Limited uses a combination of shipping methods to ensure reliable delivery:

Standard Courier
Used for smaller items such as tools, fasteners, and accessories. We partner with reliable third-party courier service providers.

Freight Delivery
Used for heavy or bulky items such as cement bags, steel, plywood, and large fixtures. Freight deliveries are typically curbside deliveries, meaning the driver will unload the items at the edge of your property and will not carry materials inside.

 


 

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and delivery PIN code of your order.

  • Clyft / DormtoDream Private Limited may offer free shipping or flat-rate shipping on select items or during promotional periods. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on the Site.

 


 

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines provided by Clyft / DormtoDream Private Limited are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as location, traffic conditions, carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

 


 

5. Receiving Your Shipment (Important)

Your cooperation at the time of delivery is essential, particularly for freight shipments.

Inspect Before Signing
Before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL), thoroughly inspect all packages for visible damage, including dents, tears, leaks, or opened cartons.

Note Any Damage
If any damage or shortage is observed, it must be clearly noted on the BOL before the delivery driver leaves (e.g., “Package damaged” or “One box missing”). This documentation is mandatory for claim processing.

Refusing a Shipment
If the damage is significant, you may refuse delivery. If you do so, please contact Clyft / DormtoDream Private Limited Customer Support immediately at +91 93476 49279.

Reporting Issues
Any concealed damage or missing items must be reported to Clyft / DormtoDream Private Limited within 24 hours of delivery.

 


 

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Clyft / DormtoDream Private Limited delivers to most PIN codes within Hyderabad; however, certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable or may incur additional delivery charges.

  • Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical street address is required for all shipments.
